Elise Frandsen earned a B.S. Degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Sports Science and has worked in the fitness field for 14 years. She is the founder of 515 Wellness, a wellness consulting company. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and a certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant through American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). During her career, she has worked as a Wellness Coach for Premise Health, consulting at mine sites throughout Northern Nevada.  She has worked as an Exercise Specialist at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. and as a personal trainer at the University of Utah.  She has taught aerobics at the University of Utah, and 24-Hour Fitness and at a local gym in Elko, NV.  She has also worked in the public-school system as a Physical Education Specialist, and in higher education as a personal trainer instructor for Eagle Gate College in Salt Lake City, Utah.
